Introduction to Military Families: supporting service children in HE
GHWY has organised an online introduction to military families on Wednesday, 14 July at 11am.
Louisa Dobson, Outreach Hub Officer at Future HY, York and North Yorkshire, will explain who service children are and why they are a designated target group for OfS. She will also share her experiences of setting up a collaborative network in North Yorkshire to support service children in HE.
The one-hour presentation will include an opportunity for attendees to think about next steps in the West Yorkshire region. There will be extra time to ask Louisa questions.
