Are you passionate about pursuing a career in teaching?
We have a range of courses in the area of Teaching Training, Learning and Development and have recently launched the Luminate Partnership for ITT which provides many non-traditional routes into teaching and aims to empower high-quality teachers.
At University Centre Leeds, we offer a range of engaging courses to new trainees. These programmes offer an integrated curriculum, connecting both classroom and centre-based practice. You will have access to mentoring and placements, giving you the best possible opportunities.
Our courses include:
Supporting Teaching and Learning
Children and Young People’s Care and Education
Certificate in Education
Professional Graduate Certificate in Education
Masters in Education
Initial Teacher Training (ITT) courses, offering non-traditional routes, both of which will give you Qualified Teacher Status (QTS):
Teacher Apprenticeship (with QTS) Level 6
BA (Hons) Learning and Teaching (Secondary Education) (with QTS) Top-Up (subject to validation)
Want to find out more? We’re hosting a webinar on 2 March to discuss the Luminate Partnership for ITT, qualifications and benefits.
